Fifty shades of green

This project was a fascinating endeavor, as we partnered with a client working within a tight budget, and together, we had to exercise our inventiveness. The primary goal was to prepare the property for short-term rentals, albeit not through Hucoo Homes but another service provider.

Originally equipped with three bedrooms, we harnessed our creative instincts to craft an additional two sleeping spaces by permanently closing one door and introducing a supplementary bed, thus transforming the home from accommodating six potential guests to a remarkable double occupancy capacity.

Our design direction was anchored in a lush shade of green, serving as the guiding thread that artfully interconnected the various spaces throughout the house. To infuse character, we introduced a touch of French painters' influence and adorned the walls with striking black and white photographic art.
