Encountering new individuals often proves to be an intriguing experience. Upon our meeting with the proprietor of the EUROPE building, he shared with us a poignant narrative that served as the creative catalyst for our interior design.
Daniel, who had traversed the globe with his late husband before his battle with cancer, sought to commemorate their cherished journeys. To honor his beloved spouse, we embarked on the creation of four distinctive units within his building, each one meticulously selected by Daniel. These units bear the names of iconic European cities, including Paris, Prague, Greece, and Milan.
In this presentation, we highlight the Prague unit, a captivating blend of elegance and refined design, which serves as a testament to the enduring memories of their remarkable travels
Art House
This project came to life during Miami's Art Basel week, a moment that brought together a diverse group of painters and artists. Our unit finds its home within the "Graffiti Building," a fitting name for our artistic enclave.
Collaborating with Paul, we extended a warm welcome to a group of talented artists, providing them with a canvas inside the unit to freely express their creative visions. The result was an extraordinary and enlightening experience, immersing ourselves in the world of art and design, surrounded by these exceptional talents.
Eclectic
This project, executed in 2020, involved the transformation of two identical townhouses into exquisite short-term rental properties. Our primary goal was to distinguish ourselves from the competition by crafting a distinctive design that would attract a broad spectrum of guests.
We firmly believed that embracing a touch of extravagance in our design would yield positive results. Three years after introducing this property to the short-term rental market, I can confidently affirm that our vision has indeed proven successful. This unit has become a favored choice for many guests, all of whom have embraced and admired its unique design.
Our creative approach included the use of vibrant, colorful paint, complemented by the artistic contributions of skilled hands that graced our walls with captivating art.
Pristine
Introducing a 2020 project featuring a pristine, newly constructed townhouse – a blank canvas ripe for transformation into a unique short-term rental experience. To set ourselves apart from the conventional offerings in the market, we embraced a contemporary design approach, aiming to appeal to a broad audience.
For the interior, we carefully curated a selection of furnishings, including a comfortable sleeper sofa, queen and king-sized beds, to elevate the comfort and aesthetic of the upstairs bedroom.
Moreover, we dedicated extra attention to the backyard, creatively optimizing the outdoor space to create a delightful al fresco area, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment
