This project was one of several undertaken during our time in Dania Beach. Our neighbors had a couple of dated properties that required a comprehensive overhaul to maximize their income potential. Just like our other renovation projects, we aimed to stand out from the competition, and to achieve this, we decided to adopt a unique thematic approach.

What better theme than sports, especially considering the health and wellness consciousness prevalent in Miami? With this vision in mind, we embarked on the creation of a sport-themed design that would resonate with fitness enthusiasts. Our efforts paid off, and we were fortunate to host several groups of individuals who came to engage in yoga training sessions by the pool, intense workouts, and found our place to be the perfect backdrop for their health and wellness journey.
