SERVICE
RENOVATION
Introduction
Have you considered trying to renovate your home or apartment all by yourself? Just the thought can be overwhelming. But you don’t have to be paralyzed by fear over a huge potential workload.
-
Our team will take the pressure off of your shoulders and support you in your interior renovations
Before we get started, we will work with you to organize your site so it’s ready to be completely overhauled. To achieve this, we will walk with you through these stages…
CONSULTATION
01
To get your project started, we will visit your home, listen to your dreams and desires, and soak in the atmosphere of your home.
We will ask questions about the functions of each space, who will be using it, and discuss the furniture and equipment necessary to make your vision a reality. We will also take measurements and photographs during this meeting.
SITE VISIT
02
After our consultation is complete, we will analyze the scope of your project, define your layout goals, and note any circulation patterns and minimum clearances.
Then, we will draw up a tailor-made plan that fits your home and needs. Following these initial meetings, the preparatory study phase will take place before production begins.
SIGNING CONTRACT
03
Once we have our preparatory study in hand, we will further refine your project in terms of interior architecture and home decor. This will allow us to put a comprehensive cost estimate together, along with a complete execution document. Once this has been approved, work will begin on the project.
STEP
04
During the first phase, all the details will be ironed out and documented, including all specifications, floor and paint finished, lighting, plumbing, and electrical layouts.
STEP
05
In order to ensure the highest quality of work, our team of interior designers will be monitoring the site and coordinating all jobsite tasks.
STEP
06
This is the final stage of the process, where everything is built, installed, and finished.
Our team will be onsite during the whole installation process to ensure that all regulations are followed, that everything is received in perfect condition, and installed correctly.
The goal of this last step is to make sure that your project is finished without incident or issue.
